experience in home construction, landscaping, and award winning customer service.<\/p> <p>The company specializes in everything \u2018turf\u2019 \u2013 xeriscaping, putting greens, residential landscapes \u2013 but owner Chris Neighbors said that he has noticed a new trend when it comes to artificial grass. \u201cWe have mostly dealt with residential installations, but our last few installs have been commercial properties.\u201d<\/p> <p>The most recent commercial artificial grass project was an 11,500 sq ft install of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sgwflorida.com\/orlando\/product\/tigerturf\/diamond-light-fescue\/\">Diamond Light Fescue<\/a>\u00a0at the Westwood Country Club in downtown Austin, TX. \u201cThis install took a little extra TLC and attention to detail,\u201d Neighbors said. \u201cThe club has large oak trees all over the property which required a different drainer layer underneath the turf.\u201d<\/p> <p>Neighbors said that the end result was everything the owners wanted. \u201cWe always try to go the extra mile for all of our clients,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s really important to us because a large amount of our business is based on referrals from our jobs.\u201d<\/p> <p>Neighbors believes that more businesses are looking to artificial grass due to the large amount of residential installs. \u201cWe\u2019ll install for a home and then that person will be the owner of a small business or go into work and talk about how great their lawn looks,\u201d he said. \u201cArtificial grass really has some great benefits other than just saving water, it cuts back on the time and money spent maintaining a traditional lawn.\u201d<\/p> <p>For more information about this company, click\u00a0<a
